Project: Site Survey + Cinematic Jobsite Highlight

Originally brought in to capture aerial imagery and collect measurement data for a site cleanup and environmental impact project. I conducted a full site survey with overhead visuals and mapping-ready outputs, including point cloud data and other deliverables formatted for the client’s surveyor.
After wrapping the technical scope, I created a bonus cinematic highlight video — just for fun — using slow motion, stylized angles, and dynamic music to give the jobsite a sleek, polished look.
The client was so impressed that they hired me to produce a full video series documenting project progression, now used internally for bids and client-facing presentations.
Project: High-Impact Roofing Edit

This high-energy edit was built from aerial footage of a roofing installation project, transformed into a visually intense piece with layered transitions, beat-synced cuts, and a gritty black-and-white aesthetic. Set to a heavy deep beat track, the video plays with multi-frame compositions and timed visual disruptions that match the rhythm.
The bold editing and dynamic format make it a standout example of how drone footage can be repurposed into social media content that grabs attention and breaks away from the expected.
Project: Coastal Aerial – La Jolla & Del Mar

Captured along the coastline of La Jolla and Del Mar, this aerial video was originally one of several creative edits produced for a tourism-focused client. Though this particular cut was initially a quirky alternate, the client ultimately selected it to play in a loop on TV displays at their expo booth and visitor centers — using it as an eye-catching piece to draw attention and showcase the beauty of the area in motion.

What started as a casual hike with my mini dachshund, Scooter, turned into a spontaneous shoot capturing the stunning natural views over El Capitan Reservoir. The day was too perfect not to fly — crisp skies, mirrored water, and golden hour light made for a peaceful and cinematic aerial edit. While this video wasn’t created for commercial use, it reflects my passion for capturing everyday beauty and sharing it through the lens of flight.
